Integrations
Every tool your SEO stack already runs on. One workspace.
SEOTopSecret plugs into the data sources, CMSs, and workspaces your team already uses. We don't ask you to migrate off anything — we just pull the data in, push content out, and keep every metric tied to one URL.

What's live today
Every integration below is in production and used by paying customers. No "coming soon" badges on the things you actually need to run SEO.
Analytics & search data
Google Search Console
Source of truth for impressions, clicks, and indexation
Why we integrate
Every ranking decision starts with what Google actually sees. GSC is the only first-party source for impressions, CTR, query-level position, and indexation state. Without it, rank tracking is guesswork.
What it does
We pull daily performance, index coverage, and query data into your workspace. Your briefs, audits, and monthly reports inherit the same numbers Google shows you — not a scraped estimate.
Google Analytics 4
Traffic, conversions, and revenue — attached to every URL
Why we integrate
SEO without GA4 is vanity. Rankings don't pay bills — sessions, events, and conversions do. GA4 closes the loop between a keyword position and a business outcome.
What it does
We read organic sessions, engagement, and conversions per landing page. Every article and feature page in your portal shows real traffic and conversion data next to its content brief.
CMS & publishing
Webflow
One-click publish to Webflow Collections with schema
Why we integrate
Webflow is the default CMS for design-led SaaS and DTC brands. We push finished articles — with JSON-LD schema, OG image, and internal links — straight into the right Collection, no copy-paste dance.
What it does
We write to CMS Collections via the Webflow API, inject the schema into a dedicated Rich Text field bound to the page <head>, and upload the hero image to the Webflow CDN so nothing is hotlinked.
WordPress
Publish to WordPress via REST API with schema + hero
Why we integrate
WordPress still runs ~40% of the web. Most of our clients' legacy blogs live there. We publish to it natively — no plugin lock-in, no third-party middleware.
What it does
We use the WordPress REST API to create posts in draft or published state, set taxonomy and featured image, and inject JSON-LD via a schema field (Yoast, RankMath, or custom meta).
Team workspace
Slack
Ranking movements and indexation alerts where you already work
Why we integrate
Dashboards don't get read. Slack messages do. Every ranking jump, indexation event, and monthly report lands in the channel your team already has open.
What it does
You connect one channel per workspace. We post movement alerts (±3 positions on tracked keywords), new-content indexation confirmations, and monthly report drops with a direct link back to the portal.
Google Drive
Every brief, article, report, and image mirrored to your own Drive
Why we integrate
Your deliverables belong to you, not to our portal. Clients want a copy in the Drive their team already shares — searchable, shareable, and still there if SEOTopSecret disappears tomorrow. No lock-in, no export dance.
What it does
Connect your Google account with drive.file scope — we only see what we create. We mirror every brief, article, report, and AI-generated image into a folder tree organized by month, week, and day, and link each portal record to its Drive file.
Don't see one you need?
We ship integrations based on what paying customers ask for. Send the tool, the use case, and the data you'd move — we'll tell you if it's already on the roadmap or add it.

What SEO teams ask before they connect a stack
Quick answers to what we get asked before every trial signup.
No. GSC is the minimum. GA4 unlocks conversion attribution, Webflow or WordPress unlocks publishing, Slack unlocks alerts. Connect what you actually use — every workspace ships with all five available.
