Pricing questions, answered.
What happens after the 7-day trial?+
If you don’t cancel, your card is charged for the plan you selected at signup. You can downgrade, upgrade, or cancel any time from your account settings. No phone calls, no retention scripts.
What if I run out of credits mid-month?+
Two options. Either buy a credit pack à la carte (no plan change, applied instantly), or enable overage in settings with a hard cap of your choosing. By default, overage is OFF — meaning you’ll never be billed beyond your plan price without explicit approval.
Do unused credits roll over?+
No. Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Credit packs you purchase remain valid through the current cycle. The included allowance is sized to give Pro customers ~50% headroom over typical usage — most teams don’t run out.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Annual plans can be paused but not partially refunded.
Monthly vs. annual — is there a catch?+
No catch. Annual = 10× monthly (you save 2 months). Same features, same credit allowance every month. The only “lock-in” is that you’ve paid upfront — which is why we keep the trial generous and the cancel button one click.
How is this different from Surfer, Frase, Clearscope?+

Which AI engines do you track for mentions?+
Five: ChatGPT, AI Overview (Google), Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity. Mention tracking is unlimited on every plan and doesn’t consume credits.
Is my data used to train AI models?+
No. We use AI APIs configured for zero-retention. Your brand books, content, and keyword data are never used for model training and are isolated per workspace.
