The challenge
Naomi was already a serious operator when we started. RedBalloon was scaling, the keynote calendar was filling, and Shark Tank Australia was on the runway. What she needed wasn’t a quick traffic blowout. She needed a digital home that could keep up with a brand growing across multiple surfaces — TV, books, podcast, board roles, philanthropy, and LinkedIn — without her having to think about SEO, technical maintenance, or content production.
The trap most personal-brand sites fall into is the one we had to actively avoid: bolted-on plugins, page-builder bloat, content drift, and a redesign every two years that tanks rankings. None of that was an option for a brand of Naomi’s standing — every search result for her name is also a credibility check by an event organiser, a journalist, or an AI engine.
