How we started — and why we encoded it.

SEOTopSecret started where most senior SEO careers quietly end — at the point a consultant realises the same patterns repeat across every client, every industry, every market. Banking in Mexico. Wealth management in Australia. SaaS in the US. Hospitality in Bali. The answers rhymed. The delivery didn’t.

The original agency was founded on one belief: organic traffic should be the channel that drives the most conversions for a business — and paid media should be a supporting strategy, not a substitute for search demand. That stance hasn’t moved in 25 years.

The leap from agency to operating system came from a simple observation: the bottleneck was never the work. It was encoding how a senior consultant thinks so that thinking could run 24/7 without a consultant in the room.
